This license covers all digital templates, screen templates, button sets, and related artwork (“Templates”) sold by It’s A Photo Booth, LLC through PhotoBoothTemplates.com. It applies whether you buy a Template individually, redeem it with a Template Club VIP credit, or receive it free. By purchasing, downloading, or using a Template, you agree to this license and our Terms of Service.

At a Glance

You can: edit Templates and use them for your own photo booth business, including for your paying rental clients.

You cannot: share, sell, give away, or upload the files, or use them to create designs for anyone other than your own rental clients.

1. Grant of License

When your purchase is complete, we grant you a limited, non exclusive, non transferable, non sublicensable, revocable license to use each Template you purchased. The license belongs to the purchasing business only.

You may:

Edit the Template files to change colors, text, and layout.
Use the edited designs for web and print marketing, client proofing, and delivering photo imagery from your photo booth(s) to your rental clients and their guests.
Charge your rental clients for the use and customization of a design for their event.
Use the Templates on any photo booth owned or operated by your business.
Let your employees use the layered files for your business only.

2. One Business Only

Each license covers one business. A business means one legal entity operating under one brand. Templates may not be shared with franchisees, affiliates, partners, or other locations that are not the purchasing business. Each of those needs its own license.

3. What You Must Not Do

You may not, and may not allow anyone else to:

Share, lend, gift, sell, resell, rent, lease, license, trade, or otherwise distribute the Templates or any layered file to any other person or business. This includes friends, colleagues, other photo booth operators, and your own clients.
Upload or post the Templates to any website, marketplace, file sharing service, forum, group, cloud folder, or social media page where others can download them.
Sell, give away, or distribute edited, recolored, renamed, or otherwise modified versions of a Template. A variation of a Template is still our Template, and this license still applies to it.
Extract graphics, shapes, textures, or other artwork from a Template and use or distribute them separately, including as stock art, clip art, overlays, or elements for another design.
Use a Template as the base for designs you sell or provide to anyone other than your own photo booth rental clients. This includes selling custom designs to other photo booth businesses.
Include a Template in a template pack, bundle, subscription, membership, or similar product.
Deliver layered, editable files to your rental clients or their guests. Clients and guests may receive printed materials or flattened, non editable digital files only, such as a PNG or JPG.
Use a Template in a way that lets others extract or re use the design, such as embedding editable files in software, an app, or an online design tool offered to third parties.
Use the Templates, or any part of them, to train, fine tune, or prompt any artificial intelligence or machine learning model, or to create an AI generated look alike library.
Register, trademark, or claim ownership of a Template or any part of it, or file a claim against another party for using an original Template.
Remove or alter any copyright notice, credit, or watermark included with a Template.
Circumvent or help others circumvent any access limit, download limit, or license check on our website.

4. Ownership

We and our independent content providers own all rights in the Templates, including all copyrights and other intellectual property. You receive a license to use them. You do not receive ownership. Your edits do not transfer ownership of the underlying Template to you. The text, photos, names, and logos that you add belong to you or your client.

Some Templates may include fonts, photos, or other elements that come from third parties. Those elements remain subject to their creators’ licenses where noted with the Template.

5. Template Club VIP

Templates redeemed with a Template Club VIP credit are licensed under this license. If your membership ends or is refunded, you keep the license for Templates you already redeemed. Credit redemption and refund rules are in our Refund Policy.

6. Protecting Your Files

Keep your downloads secure. You are responsible for any sharing that happens through your account, your computer, your cloud storage, or your team. If you believe a file has been shared without your permission, contact us right away.

7. Termination

This license ends automatically if you break any of its terms. We may also suspend your account and remove access to downloads. When the license ends, you must stop using the Templates and delete all copies. No refund is provided when a license ends because of a violation.

8. Enforcement

We actively monitor for unauthorized use and sharing. If you break this license, we may take action, including takedown notices to websites, marketplaces, and hosting providers, suspension of your account, and legal action to recover damages. You agree that a violation may cause us harm that money alone cannot fix, and that we may seek an injunction to stop it. If we prevail in a dispute over a violation, you agree to pay our reasonable legal fees and costs, to the extent the law allows.

9. No Warranty and Limited Liability

Templates are provided “as is.” Our warranty disclaimers and limits of liability in our Terms of Service apply to this license.

10. Governing Law

This license is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

11. Questions and Permission Requests

If you want to use a Template in a way this license does not allow, ask us first. We can often offer an extended license. Contact us through our support page.
